Web Developer Intern Part Time Remote
Thunderly Marketing has an immediate opening for a paid Web Developer Intern to join our team. The Web Developer Intern will work closely with our Senior Developer to help support our clients’ technical needs. The ideal candidate should have a passion for web development, web design, and marketing. Thunderly is a work-from-anywhere agency, giving you the opportunity to work from home, avoid the headache of rush hour traffic and truly maximize your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Developer with development and client website requests
  • Participate in agency meetings / calls as needed.
  • Maintain and optimize WordPress websites
  • Create and edit site layout and content on multiple websites by using standard HTML and CSS best practices
  • Maintain site speed performance while completing updates to websites
  • Make updates to website layouts that are responsive across screen size
  • Collaborate with the Thunderly team to support clients’ technical needs
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and technology
  • Update time sheet daily
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with HTML and CSS, with JavaScript Knowledge
  • Knowledge of WordPress Custom Development
  • Proficient in Technical SEO review and updates
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple client requests occurring simultaneously
  • Comfortable speaking with team members for collaboration
  • Team player, not afraid to ask questions
  • Familiarity with Divi and/or Elementor themes or Figma is a plus
  • Familiarity with SASS is a plus

  • Must be available to work remotely up to 20 hours per week (exact schedule TBD based on candidate’s schedule).

Thunderly Marketing has an immediate opening for a paid Paid Media Coordinator to join our team. The Paid Media Coordinator will work closely with our Director of Paid Media to help support our clients’ paid media needs. Thunderly is a work-from-anywhere agency, giving you the opportunity to work from home, avoid the headache of rush hour traffic and truly maximize your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns as assigned
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and assist with ad creative setup and testing
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag trends, issues, or opportunities to senior team members
  • Comfortable joining client calls as needed and communicating clearly with both clients and internal team members
  • Assist with paid social campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and others as needed
  • Gather, organize, and deliver receipts, lead data, and performance details for client reporting and billing
  • Ensure lead tracking, conversion tracking, and account structures are accurate and properly maintained
  • Support the team with routine optimizations, QA checks, and account clean-up tasks
  • Help prepare performance summaries, reports, and internal updates
  • Collaborate with creative, account, and web teams to ensure ads align with landing pages and client messaging
  • Follow internal processes and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across accounts
  • Stay current on Google Ads updates, paid social changes, and general paid media best practices
  • Set up, maintain, and validate the proper parsing of leads between ads platforms and client CRMs
  • Be open to taking on additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as needed within the paid media division
  • Accurately track time and complete internal reporting as required
  • Update time sheet daily
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with paid social advertising on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn
  • Strong skills in keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative testing
  • Ability to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
  • Knowledge of lead tracking, conversion tracking, and CRM integrations
  • Comfortable participating in client calls and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of paid media trends and platform updates
