A journalist who went from sportswriting to agency-building, we say Scott went to the majors in our industry. Former president of the Texas Public Relations Association, he divides his time serving on boards (um, you might call him a tree-hugger) and developing innovative and creative ways to make our clients even bigger and better.

Monica Feid

COO and Co-Founder

Born in Boston, raised in Texas, and now based in Dallas, Monica delivers award-winning results without the “wicked smart” talk. She’s mastered social media and is a news media pro, aiming for headlines. Her career highlights include national TV, reality shows, co-writing client books, and making clients famous.

Jack Monson

Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer at Thunderly, Jack connects franchise pros with new candidates, clients, and partners. He chairs the IFA Marketing & Innovation Committee and hosts key events and podcasts. A former Chicago radio and PR pro, Jack now leads Social Geek, the franchise industry’s top podcast—closing in on two million downloads.

AUGUST JOHNSON

Vice President of Brand Management

As our resident Georgia Peach based in Atlanta, August brings her Southern charm to fostering meaningful client relationships. A former college dancer, she now uses her sharp moves in the marketing world. With a master’s degree, a love for research, and a passion for strategy, August is always finding smart, effective ways to exceed client expectations—no matter the forecast.

ELLIE ROBERTSON

Lexington-based and proud University of Kentucky grad, Ellie delivers results-driven PR services at Thunderly. As right-hand to VP August Johnson—once her high school rival—she powers account success through strategic planning, creative foresight and a passion for storytelling. She's also the go-to for all things Chick-fil-A and Kentucky basketball.

CANDACE SMITH

Candace is a Houston-native with a degree in Journalism: Advertising from the University of North Texas. Her passion for storytelling drives her skills in account service, research, and strategy at Thunderly. She thrives in creative, collaborative environments, aiming to deliver meaningful work. Outside of work, Candace enjoys family, adventures, good food, and iced coffee.

Anushka Pradhan

From East Texas to Austin, Anushka earned her degree in Human Development and found her passion for marketing through internships. When not working, she’s painting, sketching, exploring coffee shops, or playing badminton. Anushka loves discovering local cuisine and capturing moments. She’s excited to bring her trend-savvy research skills to the Brand Management team.

Emma Worley

Born and raised in Georgia, Emma is a true Southern native with a competitive edge. As a former college softball player, she knows the value of teamwork, strategy, and showing up ready to win every day. She graduated from the University of West Georgia, where she studied Public Relations and Marketing Management. When she’s not working, you can usually find Emma spending time with her dog, traveling to new destinations, or hitting the golf course. Whether she’s building strong client relationships or planning her next adventure, she’s always driven by curiosity, passion, and a love for connecting with people.

Melissa Rubin

Vice President of Project Management

Our Yankee-in-Residence, Melissa brought her PR skills from New York and New Jersey to Texas. As wife, mom, and PR expert, she now leads Thunderly’s project management division. In her free time, Melissa enjoys walks while listening to podcasts or diving into a good book.

Andrea De Leon

Nashville native Andrea de Leon grew her skills at Wake Forest University. She balances project management at Thunderly with running her own Online Business Manager business. When not strategizing, she explores Nashville with Thunderly’s honorary K9 officer, Kallie, hunts for coffee shop gems, or cooks up creative culinary delights.

Dan Wiley

Creative Director

Born and raised in Maryland, Dan started making movies at six. With a background in film and graphic design, he freelanced on music videos, weddings, and social content. Since joining Thunderly, he’s interviewed hundreds of entrepreneurs and developed a passion for franchising, traveling the country creating content for franchisors across every industry.

ANGELA MOORE

Angela Moore, a Nashville local, has specialized in web development for over eight years. A Lipscomb University graduate, she excels in creating sleek designs and seamless user experiences. When not crafting websites, Angela is an avid reader and science fiction fan.

KYLIE LINDLEY

Kylie, a Texas native, graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Graphic Design. She’s excited to bring her creativity to Thunderly as a designer. In her free time, Kylie loves whipping up baked treats, enjoying a good movie, and exploring new places. Her bucket list includes traveling through Europe and starting her own business someday.

Jada Ojii

Memphis native Jada graduated from the University of Memphis with a journalism degree before diving into PR and marketing. She brings strong SEO skills and copywriting flair to Thunderly’s digital marketing team. Off the clock, Jada loves food—whether snapping photos, trying new recipes, or exploring local restaurants.

Group Supervisor

A proud University of Oklahoma graduate, Loren is a Texas native excited to be back working in her home state. At Thunderly, she connects with media to secure impactful publicity for clients around the world. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and traveling with her husband and their baby boy, Hudson.

JORDYN WHITTED

A proud North Carolinian, Jordyn studied Strategic Communication and Marketing at High Point University. At Thunderly, she leverages the power of media to bring clients’ stories to life. When she’s not pitching, she’s keeping family and friends up to date on pop culture and reality TV.

Sarah Cate White

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Sarah Cate White is a junior at Saint Mary’s College majoring in Communications with minors in Art History, Journalism, and PR & Advertising. She hopes to pursue a career in public relations and enjoys connecting with others through creative communication. In her free time, she loves reading, exploring new coffee shops, and walking with her roommates.

ALEX BARBEE

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Alex chased warmer weather to Texas Christian University, where she studied sports journalism and business. She interned at Thunderly before earning her MBA from Belmont. Now based in Wilmington, NC, Alex loves life by the beach. Outside of work, she enjoys beach days, walks, and cheering on the Horned Frogs.

Emily Seabaugh

Laissez les bon temps rouler! A Louisiana native, Emily studied Communications and Marketing at Louisiana Tech. A true fangirl, she loves pop culture, travel, and live music. She’s worked in Nashville and at Disney’s EPCOT, and now brings her creativity and social media savvy to Thunderly’s Social Media division.

CAMILLE GILVAR

Born and raised in DFW, Camille headed deep in the heart of Texas to earn her communication degree at Trinity University. At Thunderly, she brings her love of writing and research to the Social Media Division. Off the clock, she enjoys long walks with her dog, fantasy and sci-fi books, and traveling with her family.

Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Grace earned her marketing degree from Illinois State University, where she discovered her passion for social media. She loves collaborating and using her creativity to craft dynamic content. Outside of work, Grace enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, and walking her dog.

Jason Weaver

Director of Paid Media

Meet Jason Weaver, Senior Account Manager at Thunderly, bringing Indy flair to Nashville. A Purdue marketing grad, he thrives on helping clients turn ads into leads and leads into franchise owners. Outside of work, Jason channels his creativity into music and social media content—always ready to hit the right notes in marketing and beyond.

Madi Leavy

A proud Cincinnati native and lifelong Bengals fan, Madi now calls Austin, TX, her home. After graduating from USF with a degree in psychology, she began her marketing career, which combined her interest in human behavior with her passion for creativity. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, watching sports, and anything outdoors.

Karina DeVries

Born and raised in Houston, Karina headed up Highway 6 to Waco to attend Baylor University. As a first-generation college graduate, she earned her degree in Corporate Communications and decided to make Waco home after graduation. At Thunderly, she brings her passion for storytelling and strategic communication to the team. Outside of work, you can find her reading a good book, planning her next trip, or hosting game nights with friends and family.
